Highly recommend this place if you are first arriving in Bangkok and/or if you are stopping over for an overnight layover. If you are staying for a while in Bangkok, you may want to switch to another hotel closer downtown area, but they will take you in town. Free airport pickup and dropoff, and absolutely the BEST customer service we received anywhere in Thailand.
